Luisa De Silva Milmo created Inward Therapy Cocoon to serve as a meditation enhancer, stress reliever, and therapeutic tool that can be used from the comfort of one's own home. It is inspired by Sokushinbutsu, a Japanese “self-mummifying” therapy that mimics the fetal position. Creating instant comfort, it is equipped with an aromatherapy pod and headphones for listening to soothing sounds and guided meditations.
