Kristine used Ivan Brunnetti’s grid exercise to generate spontaneous “motley beasts” and reworked them across blankets, prints, paintings, and laser-cut sculpture as a series called “Transitional Objects” that probes the shared, social dimensions of interior life. For Eye Level they propose a flexible installation—framed grid drawing beside a woven chicken blanket, a low grid shelf holding folded blankets, a stuffed chicken and carousel sculpture with optional projection or screen—and offer participatory programming (a blank-grid drawing activity and an online/video archive of responses).
